This invitation-only conference is designed for Waukesha distributors, solution providers, and end-user customers – the owners and operators of Waukesha engine products. The conference offers an ideal opportunity to address important topics, ask questions, and help shape future of product development.
The program will feature technical presentations, product updates, training sessions, and collaborative discussions focused on real-world challenges and opportunities in the field. As part of the registration process, please complete the accompanying questionnaire to help tailor the agenda and ensure relevant topics are covered.
Dedicated time will be set aside during the conference for one-on-one meetings with our engineering, product, and commercial teams, providing the opportunity to discuss specific applications, share feedback, and explore solutions together.

Monday, May 11th: Channels Day (Distributors and Solution Providers Only)

Day One is only for authorized Waukesha distributors and solution providers. The agenda focuses on strategic collaboration including new product updates and concludes with a private networking dinner.
Tuesday, May 12th: Technical Sessions

9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Day Two welcomes all attendees, including distributors, solution providers, and end-use customers. The agenda features new product upgrades and updates, interactive discussions, and concludes with a group dinner for all participants.
Wednesday, May 13th: Technical Sessions & 1:1 Meetings

9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Day Three continues with technical sessions followed by an afternoon of one-on-one meetings with Waukesha technical experts to address specific product or technical topics.
Thursday, May 14th: 275GL + Deep Dive & 1:1 Meetings

Day Four concludes the week with a morning deep-dive session focused on Waukesha’s large horsepower engine series, the 275GL +, including discussions on engine operation, product applications, and customer experiences. The afternoon will continue with one-on-one meetings.

Greg Polkus
Manager, Engine Product Management
Greg is responsible for Waukesha engine product management, where he develops new products focused on improving the reliability and performance of Waukesha’s engine. He is responsible for the multi-generational product plan which is the long-term product strategy ensuring Waukesha units continue to deliver industry leading value for operators of its engines. Greg joined Waukesha Engine in 2015. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the Michigan Technological University in Houghton, Michigan.
Nick Klosinski
Sr. Product Line Manager
Nick leads the Waukesha service and digital product line teams, developing new products for upgrading existing Waukesha engines to allow customers to take advantage of the value of new technologies on engines sometimes as old as 30 years, and unlocking opportunities to utilize digital data to reduce shutdowns and increase engine uptime. Nick joined Waukesha gas engines in 2005 beginning as an engineering intern and later joined the company full time as an application engineer. He transitioned to the service product line team in 2015 where he was responsible for launching many of the upgrade products which are available for Waukesha engines today. Nick has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, both from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Bryan Hermsen
Production Manager, Controls
Bryan Hermsen, Product Manager Controls/Digital Platforms. In his current role, Bryan is responsible for Waukesha’s Digital product line including SkidIQ for gas compression. He has been with Waukesha for 10 years and held roles in remote monitoring and control system development on the Engineering team. Bryan holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
