Becker SLV Series

The SLV Series Signal Lock Valve provides protection in the event of pneumatic instrument signal loss caused by failure of RTU, I/P transducer, pneumatic controller, or other signal generating devices. In the event of instrument signal failure, the SLV-30 will maintain the last position of the control valve and positioner. The Becker SLV-30 can be factory installed or easily retrofit to most existing pneumatic positioner models.

The Becker SLV Signal Lock Valve is utilized in conjunction with a signal generating device and a pneumatic positioner. It is compatible with the following:

• All pneumatic controllers
• I/P transducers
• Not required with Bristol Model 9110 I/P Transducer

• Becker Model HPP-2
• Becker Model HPP-3
• Becker Model HPP-SB

• The SLV Signal Lock Valve is utilized in conjunction with pneumatic positioners that receive input signal from I/P transducers or pneumatic controllers.
• The SLV-30 may cause delays. It is not intended for use in systems that require quick response.
